Sunday, April 1st The ~90 minute Easter Bunny Train Ride runs on the Bergen Line. After a brief pause mid-ride the train will return back to Glen Rock. Parking is FREE!The Easter Bunny will ride on the train with a cute little girl .Trains will run rain, snow, sleet or shine. Bring your cameras! These Easter holiday decorated train rides are pleasant family fun with the little children enjoying the most!
This year’s trips are funding the restoration efforts of the Hamptonburgh NY Caboose Museum and the Middletown and New Jersey Railroad’s GE 44 Ton locomotive #1. Plus the VRA’s continued effort to help preserve NJ’s rich railroad history.

Your family will have a great time and you will also be helping preserve NJ railroad history. These events combine the mystery, history and love of the American railroad and the thrill of “riding the rails” with the magic of celebrating the Easter holidays. The Easter Bunny has a picture album and news blog too! The ~90 minute Easter Bunny train Ride is on NJ Transit. NJ Transit provides the modern restroom equipped cars, ensuring that the cars will be clean, warm, dry & comfortable.
